Functional Medicine and Integrative Wellness

Health plans where I partner with you in your health and wellness journey. I come alongside you with ongoing concierge care. Close follow-ups, reassessments, medication management, labs, health coaching, encouragement, and accountability are included. I actively investigate your health issues and create plans that are effective, and you can reasonably accomplish. 

INCLUDES:

  • Ongoing concierge visits at your home or office. (Follow-up visits can be telehealth if you prefer, but I require one in-person visit annually for a physical exam.) *The first visit is typically 30-60 minutes in length, based on your needs, and is an 'investigative' visit to figure out your needs. The second visit is a 'Plan' visit where we discuss your lab results, medications, supplements, lifestyle changes, and coaching; answer questions; and I give you a full health plan for you to activate.
  • All follow-up visits are needs-based. It may be biweekly for a while and then stretch to every 3 months, depending on your needs and progress.
  • Full health assessment and physical exam.
  • Any focused plans are included. Do you need help with weight management, thyroid, female or male hormone replacement therapy, or sexual health? This is all part of treating you as a 'whole' patient within the integrative health model.
  • Prescriptions: pharmaceuticals, off-label compounded medications, and supplements. You may use your insurance or discounted cash pay options for anything prescribed.
  • Full integrative lab panel. Quest Labs is used. You may use your insurance or use discounted cash-based options. *This is a concierge service, so we can discuss specific labs you may want included.
  • Labs are repeated based on your specific needs and continually reassessed.
  • 25% off Fullscript prescription supplements.
  • Patient portal access for questions and health coaching. When appropriate, we may chat on the phone or text. Email, of course, is also always available.

Two options for you: choose a 'Explore' Package to start Functional Medicine and see if its right for you  OR a 6 Visit 'Let's Go' Package for a plan that lasts the average person about 1 year.

Explore Package:  $375 two visits

Let's Go Package:  $975 six visits

These are specialty plans that are custom-built and tailored for your individual needs. Everyone's plan will look different. This is focused on root cause illness, lifestyle changes, longevity, health coaching, and what will work for you.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy for Female Client

  • 3 visit package for $325.  

    Then $100 for each additional visit

  • The first visit is typically 30-45 minutes, with follow-up in 1 month and then every 3-6 months as needed.

  • Female lab panels are ordered. Quest Lab is used. You may use your insurance for labs, or I have discounted cash pay options.

  • Labs are repeated based on your individual needs.

  • Prescriptions are prescribed with all refills. You can use insurance, or discounted cash options are available.

  • Offer compounded pharmacy and nutraceuticals/supplements.

  • Includes sexual health treatments if applicable

  • Includes health coaching, encouragement, and resources for questions.

  • 10% off Fullscript supplements.

  • Patient portal access for health coaching and questions.

Weight Management

  • Includes all needed visits.

  • 3 Visit package for $325.  Additional visits $100 each

  • Comprehensive lab panels are ordered. Quest Lab is used. You may use your insurance for labs, or I have discounted cash pay options.

  • I partner with you.  Most people this isn't their 1st time trying to lose weight. Encouragement and workable plans are provided.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy for Male Client

  • Includes all needed visits.

  • Monthly plan at $140 INCLUDES Testosterone RX

  • Male health testosterone lab panels are ordered. Quest Lab is used. You may use your insurance for labs, or I have discounted cash pay options.

  • Labs are repeated based on your individual needs.

  • Offer compounded pharmacy and nutraceuticals/supplements.

  • Includes sexual health treatments if applicable.

  • Includes health coaching, encouragement, and resources for questions.

  • 10% off Fullscript supplements.

  • Patient portal access for health coaching and questions.

  • A three-month minimum commitment is required; then you can cancel at any time.

Thyroid Optimization

Specialized care for clients with hypothyroidism or Hashimoto thyroiditis.

  • 3 visits package for $325

  • The first visit is typically 30-45 minutes, with follow-up in 1 month and then every 3-6 months as needed.

  • Thyroid-specific panels are ordered. Quest Lab is used. You may use your insurance for labs, or I have discounted cash pay options.

  • Labs are repeated based on your individual needs.

  • Prescriptions are prescribed with all refills. You can use insurance, or discounted cash options are available.

  • Offer compounded pharmacy and nutraceuticals/supplements.

  • Includes health coaching, encouragement, and resources for questions.

  • Patient portal access for health coaching and questions.

This plan is not for a client with hyperthyroidism. I recommend close monitoring with endocrinology and your primary care provider for hyperthyroidism.

One-Time Visit

  • Visit for a client who needs to be seen once and does not need a continuing management plan.

Once booked, you will receive a phone call to quickly discuss your visit to ensure you are a good candidate for this service. This will help to make sure you are getting your needs met and redirect you if you need a brick-and-mortar primary care, urgent care, or ER visit versus a home visit.

  • This is an in-home concierge visit for a specific one-time medical problem, urgent care, or sick visit.

  • Not intended for acute emergencies. Go to the ER or call 911 for emergencies.

  • A physical exam and assessment will be done.

  • A plan for aftercare and management is given.

  • Any Labs or prescriptions will be offered if medically necessary.

  • You follow up with your primary care provider for ongoing management.

  • Not for patients who require imaging (x-rays, CT, ultrasound, MRI, etc.)

  • Access to the patient portal for communication, patient forms, and superbill.

  • 10% off Fullscript supplement services.

You can add on an IV service or an injectable medication. Many people like to have this to help improve their immune systems or hydration when they are not feeling well.

  • One-time cash pay price: $225.

  • Other sick or unwell people in your household? Add on a household member for $75 per person.

FAQ's

  • I DO supply a superbill for my services (uploaded to your patient portal) that you can submit yourself to your insurance for reimbursement after the visit.
  • I do not bill or participate in any insurance plans.
  • Services are only for patients 18 years and older. While I do have an extensive pediatric background, my insurance coverage is only for adult clients.
  • Schedule II opiates (controlled pain meds), ADD/ADHD Medications or any benzodiazepine (controlled anxiety meds) medications are NOT available.
  • Currently all my services are provided in person at your home/office or Virtual BUT I do have future plans for a brick and mortar location in Fredericksburg VA. Virtual services would continue.
